You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any call recording and outbound calling activity, complies with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, robocall, call-recording consent (including "one-party" and "all-party" consent state laws), and do-not-call regulations (e.g. TCPA and equivalent state statutes). Where required by law, you must obtain appropriate consent from call participants before enabling recording or automated outreach in that jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
